Any food can be good food and no food should go to waste. At least, that is what we believe in. Yet every day, 3,600 tons of food are left over and discarded, accounting for 40% of Hong Kong's municipal solid rubbish. And every day, one in three elderly citizens in Hong kong struggle to meet basic nutritional needs. These numbers are on the rise and at the same time putting enormous pressure on our landfills, which are due to be full by 2018. At L'Atelier Stefanie, we believe that we can do our part to curb this socio-environmental issue by combining our love for the culinary arts with our love for our community.

L'Atelier Stefanie is more than just a private dining kitchen. It is our home. And we don't just want to serve you a good dinner - we hope to transcend your expectations into a meaningful experience of its own.
