L'Atelier Stefanie is run by a group of volunteers who have a passion and, more importantly, an appreciation for food. We enjoy food, so that others can have a chance, too. We hope that your patronage by dining at L'Atelier Stefanie will help achieve two simple things - one, to directly contribte to Hong Kong's food kitchens and charities so that those who benefit from them can continue to do so, and two, to bring to further light the fact that the hungry continue to exist amongst us.

 

By starting small, we hope to find meaning in what so many of us take for granted. We hope that those who are currently less able can share our table in one way or another.
